InfoQ.com posts this on IBM’s response to Sun GPL’ing Java last week. Essentially, IBM says what Sun did is good, but why not put under Apache license or just let Apache Harmony take its course. Harmony is the open source JVM for J2SE 5 and soon Java SE 6.
