I don’t think so, at this point. First, tools, frameworks and such need to be available for JavaFXScript to even have a chance against Ajax.
Expect Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Adobe Flex (open source), etc. to first “borrow” and add JavaFX-like features to Ajax.
